1.Results The remission rate of bone-ache with 153 Sm-EDTMP in combination with Bonin and prednisone was 90.0% ,and the rate of single 153 Sm-EDTMP was 70.0% . The rate of repair for bony metastases in the image was 40.0 % and 17.5% respectively, but the toxicities did not have marked difference.
2.Result: The average s cale of SF-36 was 566.15, and 95% CI was 543.431～588.864. The main factors, which were related to the quality of life in the patients with primary osteopo rosis, were marriaged, morbidity, the mode of habitiation, the form of medical t reatment and health care, history of bone ache, malnutrition.
