1.In a petrochemical branch under PetroChina Group one DN300 single hinge type expansion joint of two heating pipes at flue gas turbine inlet of 100×10~4 t/a riser cracker abruptly burst at the bellows in its horizontal segment during the production,in order to analyze the cause for the failure accident,finite element computation and analysis were conducted on the failed expansion joint and improvement actions were proposed in this paper.
