3.The experiments of arc voltage and arc duration of silver - based contact maten- als under breaking resistance load are made according to the arc theory,by analyzing the experi- mental results, the conclusions, the bigger the breaking currents,the longer The arc duration, the variation of arc voltage accords with the V - 1 charactenstics of AC arc, are obtained in this paper.
6.On the basis of the tests as well as experiments, the best break-in times of transmission gear with a low amplitude load were found, and the rule of lengthening the fatigue life of these gears with different times of breaking-in was summarized.
