1.This paper present a challenge about large system testing guideline standard suggested by BCTV agency of JiangSu province and based on the system guideline adding rule established by GB/T14236-93, analysizing and reassembling the system guideline whichis combined by four section designing the technical guideline of each section of broadcast control centre.
3.Users can assign functional and hardware names by interacting with a device—for instance, by pressing programming buttons on a light and switch that cause them to broadcast their addresses in succession and hence establish a control relation or by carrying the network address along with a cryptographic key between the devices to make the connection secure.
6.Further more ,according to the characteristic of long-distance real-time broadcast and the redundancy of video signal, the paper establishes a difference arithmetic on the basis of frame transform and then analyses the error, gives a correspond physical model in order to satisfy the demand of long-distance control for over-axis signal.
7.A scheme of″broadcast VOD″is introduced,which can be used t o solve the problem of limited number of sub-scribers in conventional VOD. The principles and structure of the system are described in terms of program produc tion,play out control and transmission. Key technologies used in the system su ch as MPEG-4coding and decoding,multicast and IP over DVB are introduced brie fly.
