1.In order to evaluate the morphology and bulk of the textured yarn, several kinds of cotton yarns, wool yarns and textured yarns have been chosen and their hairiness/loops, distribution of hairiness/loops and yarn morphology have been measured by EIB. Using the new bulk index of textured yarn, we can evaluate them.
2.Therefore,a grain-size weathering index (Gw) can be defined using the difference between the quartz fraction and the bulk samples. This index is used to reflect the weathering intensity,with higher values for more weathered samples. Application of this index in the eolian deposits of the last 6.2Ma at Xifeng shows stronger weathering for the Late Miocene-Pliocene period,and weaker weathering for the Quaternary.
4.The process conditions of the machine were determined by orthogonal experiment: hot plate temperature 150℃, tow shrinkage 20% and draw ratio 1 46. The super|shrinkage acrylic bulk top produced had a shrinkage of 35%. The other quality index met or exceeded the standard of textile departments of China.
5.Abstract: The reasonable distribution of mix bulk density and partical size on the transverse and lenghwise direction of sintering pallet,the relationship between segregation index and mix bulk density were discussed.The ways for improving mix bulk density , enhancing mix partical segregation ,decreasing side wall effect and increasing bed surface flatness were proposed.
7.According to the requirements of amendments to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea,1974(SOLAS,1974)- Safety Measures for Bulk Carriers and the Regulations on Subdivision and Damage Stability of Cargo Ships,the condition of equilibrium and subdivision index after the foremost cargo hold flooded for five bulk carriers are calculated and checked;the cause that do not satisfy the requirements is analyzed and the reconstructing measures and suggestions for designing a new ship are given in this paper.
8.The historic data of the Baltic Freight Index standing for the level of international dry-bulk shipping price takes on the feature of long-term rise, cyclical punctuation and casual fluctuation.
10.By means of making an analysis of the data structure of the historic data of Baltic Freight Index, a self-developing-and-changing law of international dry-bulk shipping price is reached. Under the direction of value principle, the price of international dry-bulk shipping tends to keep on a long-term increase is characterized by Growth Curve.
