4.Application of Fuerdi, the yield of Chinese cabbage and lettuce increased 50.5%~102.2% and 18.7%~275.1%, and application of Tianbishi, the yield increased 53.4%~153.3% and 9.2%~166.7%, respectively.
5.The results were following:①Lower concentration(0.01 g/mL) of hot pepper plant aqueous extract has strong stimulating effect on the seed germination rate,germination index,seedling root length and shoot length of Chinese cabbage and lettuce;
6.②Higher concentration(0.03 g/mL,0.04 g/mL) of hot pepper plant aqueous extract significantly inhibited the seed germination rate,germination index,seedling root length and shoot length of Chinese cabbage and lettuce;
7.Under the most suitable concentrations,theactivities of PER was 49,26,and 54μg H_2O_2 decomposed/g·FW/min for Chinese cabbage,Romainelettuce,and Capitata lettuce,respectively.
