1.In order to celebrate the Athens Olympics and reward our customers, from Aug. 1,2004 to Aug. 31,2004, all of the customer who consumes in Athens Greek Restaurant can taste the free Greek Desserts, including Baklava; Chocolate Cake; Walnut Cake; Cheese Pie and etc.
2.Spread the baked cake with cheese filling and roll it up. Put the swiss roll in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes. Cut the swiss roll into pieces before serving.
10.Place the sponge cake in a mousse ring, surround with waffle rolls, then spread the cheese mixture into it. Refrigerate for 3 at least hours. Decorate with chocolate and hazelnut.
