1.The results show that Fe2O3/La2O3/γ-A12O3 catalyst in which carrier γ-Al2O3 is modified by La2O3 exhibits much stronger active component-support interaction, stabilizes the FeO (II) phase and thus it is more difficult to be reduced to cc-Fe.
2.Based on the orthogonal experiment design of interaction and non-interaction,the best operation condition was defined: temperature 45℃? initial carrier gas flow 6ml/min? program flow rate 4ml/min and aux gas.
3.X--ray diffraction(XRD) and Mssbauer spectroscopy(MBS) have been used to study the supported Fe2O3-La2O3-γ-Al2O3 catalyst. The results show that modification of the carrierγ-Al2O3 by La2O3 reinforces the thermostability of the support and catalyst, intensifies the interaction between active component and support and enhances the dispersity of active component on the carrier.
