2.7 I understand, accept and agree that upon joining and paying the appropriate fee as a member and member of EmMax Ltd. that all monies paid by me are in exchange for the merchandise package provided by EmMax Ltd. and that upon completion of the said payment and receipt of said merchandise package all dealings between myself and EmMax Ltd. shall cease to have effect and be terminated.
