1.The mouse neural progenitor cell line C17.2 was cultured at the density of 1×109 L-1 in IMDM supplemented with 10% (v/v) fetal calf serum (FCS) in an atmosphere of 0.05 volume fraction CO2/saturated humidified air at 37 ℃.
2.Finally, mechanisin of the 40-50 day oscillation of Asian aummer monsoon is discussed, which arises from the effect of forced waves of atmosphere on Walkercell and Hadley cell.
3.The results show that when the anomaly of SST in the eastern part of the ocean is warmer than that of in the western, the meridional circulation in the atmosphere (Hadley cell) would be strengthened and zonal circulation (Walker cell, in Pacific) would be weakened;
4.A steady, shallow water atmospheric model is used to study the relationship between the structures of Walker and Hadley circulation in the tropic atmosphere and the scale of ocean heating. It is showed that the structure of vertical cell depends on the oceanic heating scale.
5.A method of draining oxygen fromliquid aluminium(700~1000℃)and silver(1000~11 00℃)was used to measure the electroniccharacteristic oxygen partial pressure of zirconia solidelectrolyte and E-I,E-t curves. It was shown thatthe electrolyte oxygen probe could be used incarburizing atmosphere at 930℃,omitting the effectof electronic conductivity on emf of the cell.
