4.In this paper, the influence of the rare-earth abounding with CeO 2 on the mechanical properties, morphology and constitution of phases in the zirconia ceramic foam was studied, and the feasibility of improving the toughness and strength of ceramic foam consisting of Mg-PSZ through adding the rare-earth abounding with CeO 2 was explored.
8.An experiment was conducted on A356 molten aluminum based on the filtration model of 20ppi CFF(Ceramic Foam Filter) using the analysis of the aluminum melting model and its mechanism. The results obtained from the experiment were analyzed,and the main advantages and disadvantages of this model were discussed.
9.Based on CFF(Ceramic Foam Filter), the JDN-1 flux is added in the filtration system by means of dip coating so to construct the CCFF (Composite CFF) model. By means of analyzing and comparing the filtration mechanisms of CFF and CCFF through the three processes of inclusion diffusing, inclusion capturing and inclusion holding, the performance parameters of A356 molten aluminum with CCFF model is obtained.
