certificate of competency
1.Photocopy of a valid Restricted Certificate of Competency in Radiotelephony of the radiotelephony operator on board.
2.Any person who makes, or procures to be made, or assists in making any false representation for the purpose of obtaining for himself or any other person a Certificate of Competency under Section 6 of the Boilers and Pressure Vessels Ordinance Cap. 56, shall be guilty of misdemeanour, and render himself liable to penalties under Section 55 of the same Ordinance.
