1.In order to obtain the bifunctional chimeric molecule of single chain urokinase type plasminogen activator (scu PA) which can inhibit platelet aggregation, PRGDWR peptide was inserted into the site between Gly 118 and Leu 119 (called insertion mutant B, InB). The recombinant gene of InB was expressed by Pichia pastoris .
2.The reason might be the enhanced molecular chain activity of dextran aroused by heat. It was found that DgP could form loose aggregation, with the particle size of about 20nm in aqueous solution even when the temperature was lower than the LCST, which was probable due to the different solubility between dextran moiety and PNIPAAm part.
3.The value CAC/CMC, ratio of the critical aggregation concentration (CAC) to the critical micelle concentration (CMC), decreases with the increase of the chain length and the interaction strength between the polymer chain and surfactant.
4.Results show that the solubility of extracted complex NdA_3 in n-hexane at37℃ is about 1.2×10~(-2) mol·dm~(-3) and in this case the average aggregation degree ofNdA_3 is 7.In the of (NdA_3)_n,each Nd atom is connected with other two Nd atoms eachthrough three bridging “O—P—O” to form a long chain polymer.
