2.Methods From Apr.2004 to Jun.2004,in the Department of Respiration of Kunming General Hospital in Chengdu Military District,a guinea pig asthma model was established by sensitization and challenge with ovalumin. We determined airway insufflation pressures(AIPs)of two groups with two-way electrophysiolograph,and determined the CC10 levels in serum and lung homogenate with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
