2.In order to effectively use resources such as bandwidth, this paper proposes a novel adaptive QoS control scheme for Bluetooth wireless multimedia based on SNMP, which dynamically monitors the current Bluetooth channel and end-system status through the Bluetooth Multimedia Transmission MIB(BMT-MIB) designed by us.
6.In consideration of the crises of both the industrial water and the domestic water in the estuarial areas of the Yangtze River caused by the decrease of the channel runoff and the intrusion of the sea water during the dry season in dry year, the concept, method and planning framework of the water resources allocation for the areas mentioned above along the main stem of the river are put forward herein based on the preliminary prediction of the future water demands by taking the water resources allocation therein during the dry seasons as the actual case in combination with the status quo of the water environment and water resources utilization concerned.
7.The paper analyzed the status of Chinese foreign exchange reserves investment at present, and then put forward suggestions for improving reserves investment returns, such as discriminating investment function from the management; constructing efficient mechanism; Setting up investment benchmark and limitation, evading and manipulating risks; optimizing the currency and assets compounding; expanding invest channel; absorbing more person with ability in international finance market and perfecting relevant laws etc.
