1.For the previous half century, the Chinese people, led by the Chinese government, had unswervingly probed into and fought for the elimination of poverty and backwardness, the building of a strong and prosperous, culturally advanced, democratic country, and the achievement of the lofty ideal of complete human rights. As a result, the situation of human rights in China has seen tremendous changes. 
4.a Chinese folk medicine,has led to the isolation of three new C_(20)-diterpe- noid alkaloids sczukinine (1),sczukidine (2) and sczukitine (3) whose structure have been established by analyses of their various spe- ctra data (IR,MS,~1H and ~(13)C-NMR,2D-NMR,CD and/or NOE ex- periment) as well as chemical methods.
5.16×16 and 24×24 Chinese matrix are always used in the application of LED and LCD display system. The method of acquirement of Chinese matrix has been introduced in this paper. The Chinese characters can be displayed on the CRT,on the other hand, Chinese matrix data are transformed to the LED display system through the COM port.
