1.The aberrations included chromosome bridge,chromosome fragment,chromosomal adherence,ring chromosome,micronuclei etc.
2.The frequency of cells with chromosone structure aberrations was increased from 11.7% to 100%when radiation dose of 211At(ionic) increased from 0.25uci to 4uci per ml blood culture of the various chromosome aberration types, the acentric fragment and chromatid break were found to be the most sensitive the frequencies increased rapidly with increase of 211At (ionic) dose.
3.Pi-irl, Pi~ir2 & Pi-ir3 were mapped on chromosome 2% 8 & 12, located on fragment of RG95-RG123 (LOD=4. 70) , RAG8ARO-A10K250 ( LOD=4. 31) & AF6-RG341(LOD=7.52) respectively.
4.The fragment length polymorphism(RPLP)marker(KJ03A), which is closely linked to rice blight resistance gene Xa23, was used to screen the transformation-competent artificial chromosome(TAC) library constructed from Minghui63, resulted in the detection of totally 21 positive clones, such as 3411, 45G1,70M12, 90L18, 37K24, 66M23, 77011. In this study, we analysed the positive clone 70M12 mainly.
