1.The results demonstrated C—N bond cleavage and N—N bond cleavage of HMX occur in heating temperature, and C—N bond cleavage is dominant rupture form. Gas products such as CO_2,N_2O,CO,NO,HCHO,HONO,NO_2 and HCN were investigated. The decomposition kinetic equation of HMX is k_(C-N)=e~(34.6)exp(-152/RT).
2.The interaction of the complex with pBR322 DNA has been investigated by agarose gel electrophoresis. The complex has been found to promote cleavage of pBR322 DNA from supercoiled form Ⅰ to the open circular form Ⅱ and to linearized form Ⅲ, showing that the complex has high cleaving efficiency to DNA.
3.The key intermediate,1 [8 methylamino 1 oxaspiro[4.5]dec 7 yl]pyrrolidine(16) was prepared from 1, 4 cyclohexadione via condensation, spirocyclization, reduction, epoxidation, the epoxy ring was opened with methylamine to give a mixture of aminoethanols followed by ring closure and then cleavage. 16 was acylated with 4 benzofuranacetic acid in the presence of the coupling agent CDI to form enadoline.
4.The porcine brain natriuretic peptide(BNP-26) and its analog, (Mpr~4 ,D-AIa~(6,13)) BNP(4-24)-NH_2, were synthesized by solid phase method employing the Boc strategy. After HF cleavage to remove the protected groups, the crude linear peptide was air-oxidized under alkaline conditions to form the disulfide bridge.
