clinical prediction
.In the first of four recommendations for clinicians, the Joint AAFP/ACP Physicians Panel on Deep ein Thrombosis/Pulmonary Embolism stressed the use of alidated clinical prediction rules to estimate pretest probability of enous thromboembolism.
.Objective To evaluate the clinical prediction values of D-dimer,high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in the prognosis of acute coronary syndrome(ACS)patients. Methods One hundred consecutive ACS patients aged between 40 and 75,admitted into CCU from January 2004 to October 2005,were included in this study.
.Objective:To investigate the MRI manifestations of Arnold-Chiari malformation(ACM) and evaluate their clinical value in the early diagnosis and prediction of the changes in clinical status.
.Conclusion It is believed that measurement of NSE is useful in the assessment of severity and the prediction of clinical outcome in patients with cerebral infarction.
.③The accuracy of the prediction of unfavorable HIE prognosis with severe asphyxia(Apgar score<3points one minute after birth),severe clinical manifestation, and severe CT changes were respectively70.31%,79.68%,and85.93%.
.In our group of patients when more than two quadrants showed amniotic fluid volume to be zero, the Apgar scores of the newborns were all less than 7, suggesting AFI can be used for prediction of fetal and neonatal prognosis, so is quite helpful in clinical work.
