5.The effect rules of alloy structure, phase components, phase evolvement during the HDDR process and the surface condition of the magnetic powder after milling on the intrinsic coercivity was searched by means of XRD,SEM,AFM. It was found that the metastable phase of Sm10Fe90 in TbCu7 type decreased the content of N in Sm2Fe17Nx at the recombination temperature of less than 800℃, which can decreased the coercive force of Sm2Fe17 Nx magnetic material.

6.The presence of a small amount of CaO in the zine -bearing square-loop mangane- se-magnesium ferrites tends to change their static magnetic properties so that the re- ctangular ratio(Br/Bm)is increased from 0.88 to 0.93 and the coercive force (Hc)is reduced from 0.63 oersted to 0.43 oersted. Thus these CaO-admixed ferrites better meet the specific requirments as square-loop magnetic materials.
