6.Sencond,only pregnant ewe was used to study the influences of composite feed for resisting cold stress on the glucose,carbon dioxide combining power,ions , enzymes and hormones in grazing + supplementary feeding,in order to explore the functional machanism of composite feed for resisting cold stress.
7.T-AOC, GSH-Px activity, CAT activity and SOD activity all gradually increased, but MDA contents gradually decreased in gastrocnemius in chronic cold stress condition. T-AOC, GSH-Px activity, CAT activity and MDA contents all gradually increased, but SOD activity gradually decreased in serum in chronic cold stress condition.
8.[RESULTS] Both T-AOC and SOD activity gradually decreased, but GSH-Px activity, CAT activity and MDA contents all gradually increased in gastrocnemius in acute cold stress condition. T-AOC gradually decreased, but GSH-Px activity, CAT activity, SOD activity and MDA contents all gradually increased in serum in acute cold stress condition.
