2.The experimental results indicate that siliceous colliery waste is the perfect natural raw material of industrial synthesis of SiC by Acheson process and can be used for substituting quartzite, expensive petroleum coke or relative deficient anthracite coal. The replacement can reduce pollution and at the same time reduce power consumption and production costs of SiC.
3.To produce fly ash cement by utilizing five kinds of industrial waste residue of fly ash, colliery, pouter plant furnace residue, sulphuric acid residue, phospogypsum, a row material mix proportion by weight project of "High KH and intermediate SM and IM" is designed, technical ways such as small residue granule and highly fine grinding are used. Finally, the weight of industrial waste residue expands so percent in cement finished product and the quality grade of fly ash cement could reach to 42.5.
