1.CONCLUSION: The hypoxia-combined-exercise can induce the expression of related gene by increasing the expression of HIF, enhance the hypoxia adaptive capacity of skeletal muscles that plays the effect of protecting skeletal muscle.
2.The results showed that the curative effects in the combined treatment group were better than in the control group (P<0.05). It was suggested that the therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with exercise to treat stroke-induced hemiplegia were obviously bettr than those by only acupuncture therapy.

7.Method Subjects, 30 elderly patients with LEADDP, respectively received 10 minutes of Camp Allen gym and 10 minutes of gym combined with 10 minutes of low intensity walking at 25 m/min. After these two kinds of acute load exercise, the improvement of blood circulation in lower limb vessels were compared by self-control study.
