commencement of works
1.6 Before commencement of works, the Permit Holder shall conduct a site assessment on land contamination in accordance with the Environmental Protection Department Practice Note for Professional Persons (ProPECC) PN 3/94 to establish the site condition before construction and operation of the temporary bus depot.
2.Following a review of the procedures, measures have been introduced to shorten the lead time from inception to commencement of construction of a capital works project.
3.6 Three sets of a method statement for the dredging, stockpiling and transportation of sediment; and the stockpiling and transportation of construction waste and excavated material from within the works boundaries shall be deposited with the Director before the commencement of construction of the relevant works of the Projects.
