3.This paper introduces the present situation of Chinese export,analyzes on the problems existing in the export commodity structure,and advances some countermeasures for optimizing Chinese export structure in order to speed up the adjustment of Chinese export commodity structure and implement the sustainable development of foreign trade.
5.The local import and export commodity inspection authorities (hereinafter referred to as the commodity inspection authorities) set up by the State Administration for Commodity Inspection shall be responsible for the inspection of import and export commodities within areas under their jurisdiction.

8.By 2001, Xinjiang had trade relations with 119 countries and regions. Nearly 1,000 commodity items in 22 categories were on the export list. Among them, 10 export commodities earned more than US$ 10 million each. The total value of Xinjiang’s exports and imports amounted to US$ 1.77 billion in that year.
9.Article 21 The State Administration for Commodity Inspection and the Commodity inspection authorities shall exercise supervision over the import and export commodity inspection conducted by the inspection organizations designated or approved by them and may make a random inspection of the commodities which have been inspected by such organization.
