complete similarity
.n this paper, the local similarity in the surface layer is expounded and verified by the data, which were supplied by U. Hogstrom and were observed in the surface layer over the farm in countryside near Uppsala City of Sweden by the Department of Meteorology of Uppsala University in summer 1986. And a suit of more complete empirical constants about the similarity functions are determined with local similarity theory.
.4. The dendrogram derived from ERIC-PCR data indicated that (1) the above strains couldbe divided into four distinct groups and the result was in complete accordance with that of traditional classification at the low similarity level of 0.670;
.Sequence data demonstrated that the complete S amino acidsequences of LH2/01/10 strain shared 63%-96% similarity with the published S sequences of Beau, M41, CU-T2, D1466,DE072, Holte, Gray, Ark99, Conn, H52, KB8523, SD/97/02, ZJ971 and LX4 strains.
.RESULTS:The complete VP1 gene of CVB2 Yunnan strain had a total length of 846bp and without initiator codon and terminator codon. The highest similarity of VP1 gene with Ohio 1 strain(GenBank logging number:AF081312) nucleotide and amino acid sequence was 98% .
