1.This course introduces the concept and identification of technology management,and induces students to understand the implication and application of technology management.
2.In this paper the main cause of instability in Initial Flow Method IFM for unconfined seepage is demonstrated. A new concept named Regional Identification Function(RIF) is suggested for the establishment of a modified method. By using this modified method the unstable problem occurred in IFM can be solved.
5.Conclusion For 0~9 numbers written with more rapid speed using the concept of edge element, combining edge trailing algorithm, the correct identification rate is more than 90%.

Cognitive strength, distinctiveness and identification of brand personality, as key independent variables of brand personality, have been greatly emphasized in the research by analyzing their influence toward brand attitude.
8.A method is presented to assess the vibration reliability for blade design. The method based on Campbell diagram and the concept of PFTA (Probability Fault Tree Analysis) is used to improve conventional assessment methods,and aims at developing an effective method for resonance identification and assessment of the characteristics of blade resonance system,which consists of multiple resonant interception on the Campbell diagram at or near the operating speed.
