6.It has been found that the distribution of VA post-op among five congenital cataract was also quite different. In the 352 eyes fron the CDNC,distribution of the VA post-op. has been found mainly in the grade of VA>0.3(43.18%)and that of low vision(44.32%).
7.The congenital anterior polar cataract(CAPC) and the congenital posterior cataract(CPPC) were shown the VA which was higher than the 6/20.When the course of disease was longer than 4 years,only the CAPC and CPPC were shown the VA which was higher than 6/20.The VA post-op. was highly depended on the level of the VA pre-op.
