3.Result: The Barthel index scale showed high inter-rater reliability (ICC: 0.987 and 0.945,respectively) and internal consistency at admission and discharge (Cronbach’s alpha coefficient: 0.908 and 0.890,respectively),The Cronbach’s alpha of 10 items in Barthel index is between 0.871 and 0.915. Conclusion: The Barthel index has been shown good inter-rater reliability and internal reliability in patients after acute stroke.
4.Furthermore, the author pointed out some defficiencies of the Kendall coefficient of concordance (W coefficient) and suggest that phi coefficient is a more effective index as rater consistency reliability.
5.Under the conditions of the inlet consistency of 10%, rotor speed of 15 r/min, outlet pressure of 0.08 MPa, the beating degree of the pulp can be droped by 5.5°SR and with the sheet properties of bulkness raised by 8.7%, coarseness decreased by 9.6%, air permeability raised by 26.8%, tear index raised by 9.8%, whereas the tensile index reduced by 37.6%.
