6.Relay on the self technical strength and operation achievements, the company has successively obtained qualification certificate of project consultation with grade of A, which issued by National Reform and Development Committee, qualification certificate of grade A bidding agent and level II qualification of construction general contract of water conservancy and hydroelectricity project issued by Ministry of Construction and AAA grade credit enterprise awarded by Henan Credit Evaluation Company.
