1.The four experiential diets were as follows :1)corn — soybean meal diet with phosphorus-low and protein-low(double low control), 2)double low control diet supplemented with 500 PTU / kg phytase, 3)double low control diet supplemented with 500 PTU / kg phytase and 0.2 g/kg compound enzymes , and 4)corn-soybean meal diet with normal nutrient levels(commoncontrol).
2.135 Lohmann Brown egg-laying hens at the age of 350-day old were allocated into three groups similarly. Animals in groups were fed different diet for 30 days, that is, birds in group 2 were fed diet 2 which contained Aspergillus Niger media, those in group 1 and control were fed diet 1 which contained normal material and control diet.
7.2600 Roman Brown commercial layers of 196 days of age were randomly divided into two group of 1300 layers each to study the effect of two kinds diet on laying performance and egg quality,the experimental group fed with the diet of non-fishmeal,the control group fed with diet of containing 3% importing fishmeal.
