conventional quenching
.The glass-ceramic in Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 system including Na2O with TiO2 and ZrO2 as nucleation agents, which was used to anodic bond in MEMS, was p roduced by the way of conventional melt quenching technology and two-step heat-t reatment.
.This thesis studied transparent glass-ceramic in Li2O-AOs-SiO2 system contained Na2O with TiO2 . ZrO2 and P2O5 as nucleation agents, which was used in MEMS(microelectronic mechanical system). It adopted the conventional melt quenching technology and two-step heat-treatment system.
.This paper reports on the spectroscopic properties of ultraviolet laser photosensitive Er~ 3+ -doped bismuth-silicate glasses. Two series of the glasses Na_2O-Bi_2O_3-SiO_2-Er_2O_3 and Na_2O-B_2O_3-Bi_2O_3- SiO_2-Er_2O_3 have been prepared by conventional melting and quenching technique .
.Oil quenching from heating temeraturc 840~860℃ is usually taken as a conventional quenchprocess for bearing steed. If the effective thickness of a workpiece is too thick to be hardened only by oilquenching,two-stage quenching,i.
.We aus-tenitize . 30 Cr Mn Si Ni 2A steel specimens at various temperatures (810-1200℃), subject the specimens to martempering or lower barnite-quenching respectively and test them to determine their conventional mechanic properties and fracture toughness. The heat-treated specimens are observed with metallograph and the broken fracture of the specimens are examined with macrograph and scanning electronic microscope.
