2.Results indicated that long-time(16 h) and high concentrate(30%) osmotic stress decreased conversation efficiency of primary light energy translation of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm),led to lower open ratio of PSⅡ reaction center,reduced quantum yield of photosynthetic electron transfer (qP),photosynthetic organs tended to be damaged,non-radiant energy enhanced and photosynthesis was inhibited.
结果表明,长时间(16h)和高浓度(30%)渗透胁迫会降低棉花PSⅡ的原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm),使PSⅡ反应中心开放部分的比例(qP)缩小,用于光合作用电子传递的份额(qP)减少,从而使光合器官受到损伤,非辐射能量耗散增加,抑制了棉花叶片的光合功能。收藏指正
