cooking liquor
.The quantitative relationship of pulp yield or residual lignin contents with some variables,e. g. cooking temper- ature, time to and at temperature,Na_2SO_3 or NaOH charge, and AQ addition as well as Na_2SO_3 or NaOH concentra- tion in the cooking liquor during neutral sodium sulfite pulping(NS),kraft pulping(KP)and Soda-AQ pulping of wheat straw were studied on a laboratory scale.
.The quantitative relationship of pulp yield or residual lignin contents with some variables, e.g.cooking temperature, time to and at temperature,NaOH charge and AQ addition as well as NaOH coneentration in the cooking liquor during kraft pulping (KP) and soda—AQ pulping of wheat straw were studied on a laboratory scale.
.The optimum conditions of pulping were as follows; charge of effective alkali 14% (based on Na2O), sulfidity 30%, ratio of weight of oven dry wood material to volume of cooking liquor 1:5, and H-factor 1000. With the elemental-chlorine-containing sequences, ECF (elemental chlorine free) sequences and TCF (total chlorine free) sequences, bleached kraft pulps with high ISO brightness and high physical properties could be produced.
.With alkaline charge, cooking time, sulphidity and anthraquinone (AQ) charge as cooking parameters, a preliminary analysis of pulping performance of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv. was carried out with orthogonal test of L9 (34) Kraft-AQ process in which the cooking temperature and liquor ratio was kept as constant. The optimum condition is alkaline charge 18%(as NaOH), sulphidity 24%(as NaOH), and anthraquinone charge 0.05%, cooking time 90 min.
