3.On the basis of the intention and theory of cooperative learning and by taking instru-mental analysis teaching as an example, the cooperative-learning mode in chemistry teaching and its obvious significance are elu-cidated and discussed in this paper.

7.On the base of Krashen’Input Hypothesis, the theory of cognitive linguistics, the active influence of immersion education, the theory of communicative language teaching and cooperative language learning theory, this thesis mainly reviews and analyses the concept, characteristics, the theory of language, the theory of learning, and essential teaching requirements of Content-Based Instruction(CBI), and puts much weight on the important role that CBI plays in Subject-Based English(SBE) teaching.

10.On the basis of traditional service,the article puts up a new system of the service information around the nine respects of ed- ucation reform,namely six kinds of consultation modes,such as E-mail consultation,FAQ,Real-time online consulta- tion,cooperative digital consultation,etc,and at the same time,the paper proposes to set up the system of teaching service system,navigation system,the matic database and document transmitting system,etc.
