1.The United State passed continued dumping and subsidy offset Act of 2000 ("US -Offset Act (Byrd Amendment)") in 2000. The bill requires that the US government should allocate anti-dumping and countervailing duty from foreign companies directly and proportionally to domestic firms which support anti-dumping and countervailing actions, and should not turn all of the taxation to the Ministry of Finance.
