1.After hearing the presentation and cross-examination by the two sides, the Judge summarizes the courtdebate and the evidence for the benefit of the jury.
2.All activities in court should be carried out publicly except when the case is being reviewed during court recession. These include issuing the indictment by the public prosecutor, court investigation, questioning witnesses, debate and the final statement by the accused.
3.While court sessions are opened for case hearing, evidence, cross-examination, attestation and debate have been conducted on the spot, thus increasing the rate of judgment announcements in court.
