1.The results showed that the top-quality PA66 FDY can be produced smoothly under the conditions as followed; chip water content in the range of 300 -500 μg/g after drying, spinning temperature 282℃ , oil pick-up 1.0% , cross air height 1 800 mm and winding speed 3 500 m/min.
