5.The result indicated that the crystal of nano-TiO2 was anatase structure. The composite particle was nanometer and its crystal size was 4.2-2.5 nm. The crystal size of TiO2 was smaller with the increase of CNT content in the composite catalysts, showing that there was strong interaction between CNT and TiO2.
6.With additives,the conversion rate of cBN,crystal size as well as the color are improved obviously. When the content of additive is 0 ~ 4 wt %,the conversion rate of cBN rises,the crystal size become larger,and the crystal color goes to amber gradually. When the content of additive is 5 ~ 8 wt %,there are some brown and black crystals in the obtained cBN crystals,the experimental repetition rate is low.
9.The crystal structure,particle-size and properties of the nanoparticles were characterized by means of XRD,TEM TG-DTA and BET.
