2.Article 13 The consignee or consignor shall incorporate the data declared on the List of Centralized Declaration in every month, fill in the customs declaration form on import and export goods, and go through the formality for centralized declaration at the customs ten days before the next month for the goods of general trade or before the end of the next month for the bonded goods.
