1.Following the deep research in the theory of moral damage reparation and the need of justice practice in our country, this article tries to discuss the necessity and feasibility of establishing moral damage reparation in civil suit collateral to criminal proceedings and the conditions and scope of instituting moral damage reparation in criminal proceedings and some principles about moral damage reparation.
