1.The average size of the nano-material Y2O2S:Tb3+ was 10 nm,which was calculated by Debye-Scherre formula.
2.The result of TEM revealed that the average size of the single phase Y2O2S:Eu3+ was 30 nm,which was according with the result calculated by Debye-Scherre formula,luminescent spectra of Y2O2S:Eu3+ were also analysed in this paper.
