1.Decree-Law No. 58/99/M dated October 18, 1999 allows set up of offshore companies.
7.An autonomous decree or special decree may vary the provisions of a law or administrative regulation, provided that any such variance may not violate the basic principles thereof, and no variance is allowed in respect of any provision of the Constitution or the Law on Ethnic Area Autonomy and provisions of any other law or administrative regulations which are dedicated to matters concerning ethnic autonomous areas.
9.The mostly criticized problem among such issues with regard to arbitration award is that if the court grants an order of invalidating its original decree for execution of the arbitrative award in accordance with the sub-paragraph 2,Article 42 of the Arbitration Law , the claimant will lose his opportunity to re-interrupt the prescription period with resort to requesting for judicial collection.
10.In leading the people in struggle against the enemy, the Party must adopt the tactics of advancing step by step slowly and surely, keeping to the principle of waging struggles on just grounds, to our advantage, and with restraint, and making use of such open forms of activity as are permitted by law, decree and social custom; empty clamour and reckless action can never lead to success.
