2.Soak specimen in warm after a specified time then observe whether specimen surface had degenerative conditions as blister,fadeaway,swell.…etc.to judge its quality and calculate the change rate of weight before/after test.
3.Results ⑴Kidney histological change was occurred. The kidney tubules degenerative necrosis was found in all the ten cases of kidney failure, and the hyaline cast, mesenchyme hemorrhagic necrosis, and inflammatory cell infltration were seen.
