4.If the drawings are submitted later, the date of their delivery at, or mailing to, the Patent Administration Department under the State Council shall be the date of filing of the application;
6.The receipt, storage and delivery of merchandise is subject to the Uniform Commercial Code and all rules and regulations promulgated by Federal, State and Municipal Governmental Agency or Instrumentality.
