1.After that, the former research literature at home and abroad is reviewed and summarized. By means of literature analysis and structured interview, the influence factors of job satisfaction are collected and revised, which are made up of 6 situation variables of company administration & organizational atmosphere, job itself, leadership behavior, interpersonal relationship & social support, working compensation, working environment & conditions, 2 emotional characteristic variables of positive affectivity and negative affectivity, and 6 demographic variables.
