1.For ball bearing steel ZGCr15 the best refining effect can be obtained when the consumable electrode is remelted and deoxidized with Si Fe, Si Ca under acidic slag. The inclusions in the steel are of ductile silicate.
2.The results show that as the consumable electrodes of GCr15 steel deoxidized by St-Ca and SiFe were remelted, the plastic inclusion could be controlled in the form of silicate, to increase the service life ofbearing steel.
