dexamethasone (DXM)
1.Objective To compare the effect of ondandetron + dexamethasone (DXM), and ondandetron+DXM+medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA) in preventing chemotherapy-induced vomiting, nausea and anorexia.
2.Objective:To compare the effect of different protocol,ondansetron,ondansetron +dexamethasone(DXM),and ondansetron+DXM+medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA),in preventing chemotherapy induced vomiting,nausea and anorexia.
3.METHODS: Thirty Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into three groups (n=10 in each): control group, bleomycin (BLM) group and dexamethasone (DXM) group.
4.Using a single intramuscular administration of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH,at 6 IU·kg -1 body weight) and the synthetic glucocorticoids,dexamethasone (DXM,at 6 mg·kg -1 body weight),the effect of ACTH and DXM on broiler plasma fibronectin(FN) levels and other selected serum biochemical parameters were evaluated.
5.Objective To investigate the effects of dexamethasone(DXM) on activation of nuclear factor kappaB (NF-κB) and production of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced human peripheral blood monocytes.
6.Methods Seventy five pathogen free Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into three groups (25 in each group),they were control(C),bleomycin(BLM) and dexamethasone (DXM) group.
7.To study the role of calmodulin(CaM)in assembly of microtubules(MT),the RC3 cell line containing the eukaryotic expression vector PCaM was used in this experiment,The CaM mRNA and protein levels in RC3 cells were transiently increased by treatment with dexamethasone(DXM).
8.Methods: 1.Studies on clinical effect: divia randomly 40 cases of ICP into KYDT Group and Dexamethasone(DXM) Group, both of which are treated for 14 days or 28 days . Then measure major symptom changings such as Skin Pruritis, jaundice, the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and the pregnancy frucitify.
