3.Methods:The patients with pulmonary hypertension were divided into three groups. The motion of tricuspid annular of patients were analyzed by DTI and the velocity of anterior,septal and posterior of tricuspid annular,systolic velocity(Sa),early diastolic velocity(Ea),late diastolic velocity(Aa)were measured.
5.The peak systolic velocity (Vmax), the end diastolic velocity (Vmin), the meanenveloped velocity (Vmean), the pulse index (PI), the resistance index (RI) and S/D (Vmax/Vmin) of the ophthalmic artery (OA), the short posterior ciliary arteries (SPCA) and the central retinal artery (CRA) were compared in the two groups.
6.The regional velocity profiles of septal,lateral,anterior,inferior,anteroseptal and posterior sites of mitral annulus along LV apical long axis view,apical two chamber and four chamber views were obtained in all subjects. The peak systolic velocity(Vs),peak early diastolic velocity(Ea) and peak late diastolic velocity(Aa) of all six sites of mitral annulus were adopted and the averages of Vs,Ea and Aa (AVs,AEa,AAa) were calculated.
9.The patients had the examination of 2-dimensional ultrasound and DTI routinely before and after treatment. The mital vavular ring systolic velocity(MVR-Vs), eady diastalic velocity(MVR-DeV)and end-diastolic velocity(MVR-DaV)were analysed by DTI and the left ventricular ejecten fraction(EF)was measwed by M-mode ultrasound.
10.The mitral valve orifice A wave velocity(V_A),velocity-time integration(VTI_A) and late diastolic velocity of mitral annulus movement(Va) were recorded and left atrial filling fraction(AFF),ejection force(AEF) were caculated at the same time. Comparison of ACEI group and ARB group with normal contrast and control group and comparison between ACEI group and ARB group were made respectively.
