2.Abstract: The limitations to the discharge of ship ballast water set by IMO raise new problems in the design of ship ballast piping &ballast tank construction.A system through which ballast water can be flow-through exchanged is designed and some other suggestions to solve the problems are provided.
3.A traditional printing and dyeing wastewater treatment process was improved.Added the Fe-C tank and coagulation tank,the aeration tank was changed into a contact oxidation tank,in which the diffent function of micro-bacteria was formed along the vertical of aerations.The removal ratios of COD、SS、BOD5and chromaticity were increased by 19.7%、14.5%、9.3% and 18.6% respectively,which reached the national discharge standards.
4.Aim at to turn a dense oil pump in the movement the metal bellow expansion joint and buffer tank was installed in the dense oil pump export because of the violent vibration and noise cause by the discharge and the pressure pulsation, The result show Lowered the vibration and noise availably was obvious.
